How To Play The New Blackjack 21+3

Since slots dominate the online casino world, it is always good to see a new table game hitting the market. One of the leading names in online gambling, iSoftBet, recently made a valuable addition to its line of table games by launching the new Blackjack 21+3.

Blackjack fans simply adore side bets because they offer more excitement, and that is exactly the case with the Blackjack 21+3. Although the game itself does not lack action, many online gamblers avoid it because it is difficult to achieve a large winning streak in one session. Add side bets to the story and the potential to win grows significantly.

The new launch has a great presentation. Purple backgrounds and gold cards look great together, while superb animations and sound effects create an impressive atmosphere. Blackjack 21+3 is equally perfect for high rollers and recreational gamblers.

Basic Rules

Blackjack uses a scoring system. Cards 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 are worth their face values, while 10s, jacks, queens, and kings are worth 10 points. Aces can be worth 1 or 11, depending on whether it puts players over 22 or not.

Regardless of your blackjack experience, you should always check the ground rules, as they can vary from game to game. Here is what you need to know about the rules of the new Blackjack 21+3 game.

Playing Blackjack 21+3

You can make two different types of Blackjack 21+3 bets: regular and side bets.

The game begins by placing a bet using the chip interface. After this part is over, you will receive two cards face up, while the dealer also receives two cards but only one face up. In case the dealer’s face card is an ace and you don’t have blackjack on the first two cards you can place a bet on the insurance side. This will cost half of your initial stake, paying 2 to 1 if the dealer wins blackjack.

You will immediately lose if your total amount exceeds 21. Otherwise, you will wait until the end of your turn to see the dealer’s down card. You win if the dealer fails with a total of 21 or more. At the end of the round, the two hands line up. The one with the higher total number wins. If the score is tied, you will get your bet back.

Betting Options

The player has several betting options available. They affect the player’s hand, but they also affect betting.

  • Stand – this option is always available. If selected, the player’s turn ends.
  • Hit – this is another option that is always available. The player receives the second card, and it is his turn to choose the move.
  • Double – Doubling is only possible when a player has two cards in his hand. He gets another card and demands a doubling of the size of the bet. Selecting this option ends the player’s turn.
  • Split – Available only if two cards are of the same value. Splitting creates two new hands, adding an extra bet for the other hand. The bet is equal to the size of the starting bet.

The even money is available if the player has blackjack and faces the dealer’s ace. While this is not a standard blackjack option, it allows the player to win 1-on-1, regardless of the dealer’s face card.

Other Important Rules

Blackjack 21+3 has a few rules to keep in mind:

  • The game uses standard decks of 52 cards, which are shuffled after each hand.
  • Gaining 21 after splitting does not count as a blackjack.
  • Any two cards can be doubled by the player.
  • A player can only draw one card for each new hand while splitting aces.
  • The player can split only once per hand, although it is possible to draw a card after doubling.

Keep in mind that these rules are different from the ones you usually encounter in blackjack. Be sure to get to know them, because you will be able to get the most out of them.

Bet on the Side 21+3

The 21+3 bet allows the player to request enormous payouts. Despite the fact that its rate is lower compared to the standard game, the available prizes are much higher.

Here is how it works. The player’s first two cards and the dealer’s face card make up three poker hand cards. Its value then determines the size of your prize, provided you win any. However, whether your main hand wins or not does not affect the side bet.

The payout table for bet 21+3 is as follows:

  • One-color triple – All three cards must be the same color and value. It pays 100x more than the bet.
  • Straight Flush – All three cards must be in the same color with cards in consecutive values. It pays 40x more than the bet.
  • Three types – all three cards must be of the same value. It pays 30x your bet.
  • Straight – all three cards must be of the same value. It pays 10x bet.
  • Flush – All three cards must be the same color. It pays 5x bet.

We must point out that aces can be counted as both high and low for Straight and Straight Flush. The RTP for the regular game mode is 99.43%, which drops significantly to 95.38% for the 21+3 bet.

ISoftBet did a great job with Blackjack 21+3 (just like Rabcat did a great job with the Castle Builder slot game that can be found on top Rabcat online casinos at TopCasinoExpert.com). It is nice to see that we don’t need a live dealer game to make the most of this popular bet. The new launch is similar to European Blackjack because it is played with six decks instead of eight. This means that players can look forward to a lot of action.
