Samsung Galaxy M-Series – Full Phone Features & Specifications

Samsung found a counter to all the low-cost mobile makers and the answer is Samsung Galaxy M Series. This is going to be a big counter to all china mobile companies who have been giving all the latest features to very low prices. This is the new line-up of smartphones from the South Korean electronics giant, Till date, SAMSUNG has launched Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20, with the Galaxy M30 and Galaxy M50 also in the pipeline.

Samsung Galaxy M-Series of India-first smartphones are launched in January and will go on sale on 5 February 2019 from Amazon India and the company’s own online store. Samsung also said the new budget Galaxy M smartphones will be targeted at ‘young millennials’ and feature ‘powerful’ displays, cameras, batteries, and processors in its launch announcement.

Galaxy M-Series comes with features like an Infinity-V Display, large capacity batteries, fast charging, dual rear camera setups, fingerprint sensors, A USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack and bottom-facing speakers.

As Samsung targeted budget smartphone users all the prices of this series are pretty attractive, the Samsung Galaxy M10 price in India will start at Rs. 7,990 for its 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage model, going up to Rs. 8,990 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage model.

On the other hand, the Galaxy M20 price in India is said to start at Rs. 10,990 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage model, going up to Rs. 12,990 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model. , later Galaxy M30 launched with an attractive price ₹ 14,990 and Galaxy M50 will be launched soon.

In terms of specifications, Both Samsung Galaxy M10 and Samsung Galaxy M20 run on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. The Display for the two devices will be 6.2-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) and 6.3-inch full-HD (1080×2340 pixels) resolution.

The phones are powered by 14nm octa-core Exynos 7870 SoC, with 2GB and 3GB of RAM options & Exynos 7885 SoC and come with 3GB and 4GB of RAM options. The Galaxy M10 and M20 feature a dual rear camera setup, with a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary camera.

The 5-megapixel camera of M20 will reportedly be used to capture wide-angle shots. M10 battery capacity is 3,400mAh battery, have 155.6×75.6×7.7mm dimensions, and weighs 160 grams. The Galaxy M20 comes with 32GB/ 64GB of inbuilt storage, for memory expansion M20 also includes a microSD card slot. This device comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery with fast-charging support.

As for the Samsung Galaxy M30 the cost will be around 14,990 rupees, it will also run on Android 8.1 Oreo, and will have a 6.38-inch (1080×2220 pixels) Infinity-U display, and it is powered by the Exynos 7885 SoC with 4GB RAM. A triple rear camera setup is also included, with a 13-megapixel and two 5-megapixel cameras.

It’s having a 16-megapixel front camera. The Galaxy M30 offers 64GB and 128GB storage options. A 5,000mAh battery and its dimensions are 159×75.1×8.4mm. It seems that the plot of Samsung to conquer budget phone users is a successful one by defeating China competitors.
